Tucson and Pima County have collaborated to create a plan to end current homelessness and prevent future homelessness from occurring. This plan uses a number of guiding principles including the development tof new housing model, asset based community development efforts, and prevention. This plan is outcome oriented and focuses on the realities of the future.
