In Honor
You may select to give a gift to the Alliance in honor of a special friend or family member, or to note a meaningful day or event. Gifts in honor are made for numerous reasons. Listed below are some creative examples of individuals, groups and events that Alliance supporters have honored in the past:
- A homeless individual they have met
- Veterans experiencing homelessness in the country
- Families without a home for the night
- To show support for the work of an individual or organization (Often this type of gift is for work involving homelessness, poverty, or social services)
If appropriate, the individual(s) or organization honored by your gift will receive a letter or card notifying them of your thoughtfulness. The amount of your donation will be kept confidential. You will also receive a letter for your records.
To donate as a gift via mail or fax please use our donation form.
